Personally, I stay the F away from cops, because I'm currently not in jail, and I want to keep it that way. I do not believe this cop was targeting Smokey. Smokey is just stupid, he thinks it's a good idea to drive around smoking weed in his car. Smoking weed in your car is a great way to go to jail. Smokey thinks he can just light up a Black n Mild to cover up the smell, and a lot of times a cigarette will work, but you should avoid the situation entirely by smoking at home, never in your car.
