This guy is worse than Caligula. Caligula was the emperor who appointed his horse to the Roman Senate. Historians mostly agree he was only making a statement that his horse would be just as compotent or caring for the Populace than the Senate was. His brief reign was notorious, among other affairs, for his clashes with the Senate.

When you are told how to vote by your AIPAC handler, you have a lot more time to do bullshit like this.

@QuartPlus8oz Caligula had been actually right about the Roman Senate and senators. His actions that claimed by his opposers afterwards outright insane, had been nothing else just chain of humiliation for those corrupt, loudmouth, braggarts.
He made the legionaries collect seashells (labelled later as bizarre war on the sea) more than one time - which could have been a punishment for the soldiers, or a symbolic ritual against Neptune; but on one occasion he happened to be noted for making/ordering the building of Romans Senate decorated with those shells. Conventionally brothels had been decorated with seashells.. His enemies, opposers "forgot" to put that into context. ;)
