She worked for her father's construction business and was "listed" as CFO even though she wasn't and rarely took part in the business. She later became a gym owner and coached part-time. You need to find someone more credible than her. As someone who has worked with executives, I know that business leaders need to excel at reading individuals, and most successful ones do. They need to be highly skilled at reading specific individuals because their success relies heavily on strategic listening and negotiation.
