McDonald's manager follows 16 year old Black girls into bathroom—accuses them of doing crack cocaine.

Then throws a punch at the girl filming.

Knocking the girl down & cracking her phone down on the pavement.

"Just because she's a young lady of color," mom wrote.

"My daughter didn't deserve this regardless of what she may have said to him... I am doing things the right and legal way to make sure all these young children get justice."

Incident occurred at the McDonald's location in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota.
