An altercation reportedly broke out between meter maids and tenants at a Treasure Island building. Tenants say there’s already not enough parking for residents, while new meters are being installed. One resident also claims his neighbor’s car was towed 5 times, costing $750 each time just to get the car released, on top of another $500 ticket each time.
