LOL, I did that with my grass once. We had a guy who ran our HOA and he was a major dick. Winter in Florida is like springtime everywhere else but most people's grass turns brown and lays dormant in the winter until spring. I had something like 30 days to put all new sod down which would have just turned brown too. I bought some grass paint and a sprayer and painted my grass and it got him off my arse.

Shocked it actually doesn't look half bad. Some of these communities charge you for all sorts of dumb shit. Best to avoid living there
