Stephanie Duluc, 37, was sitting in her company's seats, 4 rows behind home plate. Cleveland Guardians player Jose Ramirez swung at a ball, and his bat flew out of his hands into the crowd and hit Duluc in the head. Duluc, who is the chief of staff at the Bronx-based SOMOS Community Care, suffered a traumatic brain injury from the blow, according to the lawsuit.

Attorney Jon L. Norinsberg - “It is the one location where the law has long required a stadium operator to provide adequate protective screening.”
