According to the source. This video was taken in a private building somewhere in Colombia, where the guard seen in this video was on duty and was patrolling inside the building. Where out of nowhere, he appears to be waving at someone in which the guard states that he was talking to an old lady who was in need of assistance and was asking for directions. But from what can be seen from the footage, no one was there but the guard. That is until a few minutes after the guard was talking to the old lady, his coworker immediately radioed him telling him that there was no one there. The guard, who was left terrified as the old lady who he was previously talking to is nowhere to be seen. Immediately bolts out of the building after realizing what just happened.
