Never get a DWI, especially if you were young and invincible like me and paid tickets off never fighting them when I was young as insurance costs stayed the same.
Was buzzed (.11 BOC) in 2019 and drove my KTM around the block here in MN, did 42 in a 30 and was pulled over. Was an older officer and thought after dancing in front of his car perfectly he'd tell me to go home. Home was 70-100 yards away. LSS... Confiscated my bike, group therapy, DWI court every Thursday for months, probation for a year, random nightly officer check-ups for 6 months, and the worst is three years of blow-n-go. Blow n go knows when people almost done, they told MN I tampered with the device? MN sends a letter saying your 3 yrs starts over, wrote the state with every detail and pictures when the mechanics showed me the connections are too cheap. No response from MN, so I drove a copy to the MN public service office and still no response. Hired an attorney for $5,500 and the attorney didn't do anything for months, so I asked for a refund. After a couple months of texting him I had another attorney write him and I was refunded everything and $500 additional for "interest". Still have the blow n go today as it said failed couple minutes after I blew sober and started it, but blew sober 2 minutes later on a retest. MN mailed another letter saying the time has started over again. I've never done drugs and stopped drinking in 2021. I'm in disbelief at this situation. Yes I made a mistake.
Was pulled over for speeding 2 months ago and the trooper was convinced I had alcohol in the vehicle. Yet he wouldn't search my truck. Just stood at my window after I did another dance and blew sober. I'm a saint except foy driving record. Only one crash and never anyone else involved in the citations. Doesn't help that my last name starts with Speed, followed by a couple more letters.
Sorry for rambling.
Bodycam footage of former NFL star Tony Romo's arrest released
Romo was also heard telling officers that he was having difficulty with some of the tests because of his two back surgeries.
Police say Romo was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, citing his "red, glassy eyes and the odor of an intoxicating alcoholic beverage."
His court date has been set for September 21.
He's driving a Jeep Wrangler, probably a Rubicon. My first thought driving a new one home from the dealer is that I'd never drive it after drinking. They wander into the other lane on their own. He actually did quite well here. Didn't claim he was pregnant, didn't spit on the cop nor axe her to.wait so he can call his Mama. What's the fuss?
Field sobriety tests are designed for you to fail. Have you ever seen a cop do sobriety tests on someone and then conclude they aren't driving under the influence. Just say NO to field sobriety tests!
Do not take the field sobriety test, they're set up to make you fail, and the cop observing you wants to fail you. Just skip to the chemical test. Yes, that means you're going to jail, but at this point you want to avoid a DUI and get it reduced to a lesser charge. The DUI money making racket was brought to us by Mother's Against Drunk Driving.
Dating Jessica Simpson really fucked him up. His career was frustrating. When he wasn't playing like shit, he hit his receivers on the numbers, only for them to drop the ball when they needed it.
Dude's fucking drunk! He'll probably get six months probation, maybe nolle prosequi because his lawyer golfs with the judge.
