Secretary Marco Rubio presents opening remarks at the ministerial on the resurgence of political terrorism at the State Department.

He talks about 'mostly peaceful" protests, political violence from the left, and how leftist media plays it off, leftist politicians, police and prosecutors ignore it. He doesn't talk about leftist politicians encourage it.

@ScreaminMime He has multiple jobs. He heads many agencies in the government right now. There is talk that he might be being groomed to become the next president. Needing the knowledge and intricacies of Washington on a more intimate basis.

To answer your question. I dont think he gets much sleep. Hes tired.
