Stark County Sheriff’s Office in Canton, Ohio, arrested Bell, saying he failed to make a $50,000 child support payment.

Bell was arrested at Prime Time Sports and Framing while he was there to sign autographs.

Bell has 7 children with 6 different women, and it is unclear which child the arrest pertains to.
