@kma8675309 I used to avoid the one near me. Every time I go in there, there was always some issue. I decided at my last visit that I was done with their bullshit when the doped up retard behind the counter fucked up the charge on my card. I think the whole crew is on drugs.

@JobyFluorine There is one 2 blacks away from my house. Went there ONCE. Got oil to change it in my push mowers. Take it to the counter. Cashier looked at me, and said, "You need an oil filter." I responded, "No, I don't." She then said, "Yes you do, you have to change your oil filter when you change your oil." I then lost my temper, and cooked the dumb ass. Push mowers don't have oil filters, you stupid b*itch, STFU and just ring me up and do your damn job! If I didn't have all I needed, I wouldn't be at the cashier!!! Shouldn't ASSume!!! Probably did not have a Receipt neither! I've had people try similar BS on me. You don't handle it the way they did. I'd fire them too! Very unprofessional and stupid, allowing themselves to fall for this. How I would have handled this? Show him the battery "rack" and ask him to find the matching "battery". If he selects anything, call the Police for Return Fraud! That 1-3 years in jail for this POS! If he claimed that it was all a Joke to get out of his problem, have the police get his information for the company for malicious intent for a law suit against him on top of pressing charges of Fraud!
