They call them suicide lanes in Arizona, just the turning lanes though, can’t be used to turn at certain times.

@FlashyL I've heard them called that in Baltimore. Hanover Street Bridge has a center lane that's inbound during morning rush, and outbound during afternoon rush, but everyone there is legally retarded, so there are always accidents in the center lane.
