Picture it: Crystal Bahamian water. Katie’s casually diving for pretty sea glass, minding her business, when something completely random catches her eye at the bottom.

The government has a program were you can send in shredded nasty money and they will figure out how much you have even if it's in pieces and you will get the value in return in usable money. I believe the program is free if I'm not mistaken.
