On May 14, 2026, while proactively patrolling the Baymont Inn on Colonial Drive, Orlando Police officers made contact with Trevares Jenkins. During the encounter, Jenkins refused to follow officers lawful commands and attempted to flee on foot.
Following an investigation, officers recovered a firearm, an extended magazine, a taser, an open container of alcohol, cannabis, and MDMA (Ecstasy) from the vehicle.
This arrest is another example of proactive policing efforts aimed at keeping illegal weapons and drugs out of our community and enhancing public safety.

Should get at least a weeks probation since it's probably only his 10th arrest, give him a break, he has to kill someone first and even then he'd probably get out in a year.

@sirmrmikey IDK, man. This arrest was in Florida. More that 20 grams of pot is a felony, but he has three firearm related felonies, soo... I'm guessing he'll be out for Thanksgiving, 2031!
