Something you wouldn't know since you hate America. There has been other celebrations like Army 250th Birthday Festival, Eat250 "America at the Table" food festival, Great American State Fair, National Mall month long summer cultural festival, Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington, main July 4 America 250 celebration, and many others. So hate America all you want commie!

And furthermore, you can say whatever you want, but on June 14, Trump basically hosted a birthday party for himself disguised as an official patriotic celebration. That's why so many celebrities steered clear of this clown show, people who, as true patriots, would have gladly attended a "genuine" celebration of America's birthday.

Regarding the actual topic, you should learn the difference between host and promoter, or simply look up the terms used to announce the event. Dana White himself speaks of the White House "hosting" the event.

Anyway, that isn't the main point. The central argument is that this was in fact not a dignified birthday party for America, but a clown show for Trump, and one cannot accuse someone who finds this event repulsive and humiliating, or stays away from it, of not loving their country. You wannabe patriots should learn that you don't get to define patriotism or decide who qualifies as a patriot.
