19 year old Michael Carnevale, who has no license/registration/insurance, bypassed multiple road blocks & rode his motorcycle onto a closed street Federal Hill in #Providence. He was doing donuts in the street for several minutes before he attempted to ride away but was hit by a man who threw a trash can at him. Christopher Woodley was out for dinner with his girlfriend and was injured when he shielded her from the oncoming ghost ridden motorcycle. The Providence police department are "looking into" criminal charges for Carnevale who is currently in the hospital.

Shithead deserved that can, but not those pedestrians and the diners who got hit with the bike. I am surprised the man wasn't knocked down after being slid into. Throw the book at him.
