Stupid fanatics have no interest in their own economies. That was the case with Putin, and it is the case with the Iranians as well.

The Iranians know that they are not the only ones suffering economically. Parts of the world are experiencing massive inflation and are forced to raise key interest rates, while others are already facing shortages. At the moment, it is entirely unclear whether Iran might not be able to withstand the economic pressure longer than those parts of the world whose economies are also suffering because the Strait of Hormuz remains closed.

It is obvious that the idiot Trump entered this war completely unprepared and has no clue how to clean up the mess he has created.
