“Lack of evidence.” Katie, who went viral for getting a traffic ticket on Palm Beach County for using her cell phone “in her right hand” (which she does not have) finally got her case dismissed by the prosecutors for “lack of evidence.”
In a viral body cam video, despite her showing the deputy that she did not even have a right hand to “manipulate the screen” issued the ticket to her anyway. He also asked her to swear “hand to God” that she was not using the phone in her right hand.
