JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man was shot by Jacksonville police officers after reportedly arming himself with weapons and barricading himself behind a Jacksonville Walmart for hours Wednesday

 

During a media briefing late Wednesday evening, JSO said the man, who has been identified as 37-year-old Samuel Waters Jr., barricaded himself inside a car behind a store on San Pablo Road near the intersection with Atlantic Boulevard.
