How? They run off the grid like everything else that needs electricity. Data centers are not burning coal and dumping waste into the ground water. Power and data go in, and power and data go out. Where's the sludge being produced? The only way AOCs claims are correct is if data centers are producing massive amounts of electricity on site, in the dirtiest possible way, and ignoring EPA regulations.

People don't drink well water straight from a well. And brown well water is not uncommon.

Data centers, though a number are built in the country, are built where there is regular tap water available to all, not where people rely on direct well water.
