Visibly distressed and angry, the woman screams at the officers and resists being placed into the back of a police SUV. Multiple officers, including one in a green shirt and another in full tactical gear, struggle to secure her.
​The Bystander's Role: A woman filming the incident can be heard continuously telling the detained woman, "Calm down, baby," while urging her companion to "keep the camera rolling."
