A horrifying video is circulating online showing a man suddenly running up and kicking a baby stroller at the Nassau County Courthouse in Mineola, New York.

Witnesses say the stroller had a young child inside when the suspect approached without warning and delivered a hard kick right in front of officers.

Thankfully, the baby appears to have avoided serious injury, but the mother is understandably traumatized by the unprovoked attack.

The clip has sparked widespread outrage, with many calling for the strongest possible charges against the suspect.

This is another disturbing example of random violence in public spaces.
