They say right after a traumatic injury you're suppose to jerk the person around as much as possible, make sure and bend their neck forward back a couple times too.

Number one thing to do with a neck injury is move the head all around and listen for bones grating. Number two thing is take pictures to send your kids, "Look what I did today at work" Number three is wonder how I'm going to fill the divots in the asphalt now that I've moved the filler material.
