The Boat

I'm surprised that this doesn't happen more often. Most of the yachts frequently sit unoccupied for weeks at a time and they are very easy for anyone to access since they lack proper security. You do need a key to start the engine but if you just want to hang out in the yacht like this guy (which most yacht owners do without going out), all electricals will be available since it will be connected to the shore power that supplies electricity for lights, outlets, refrigerator, air conditioning, etc. Most docks are completely open. My dock is somewhat open (just numeric key code for the gate) but anyone can simply wait for someone to open the gate that's going in or out. Only real security comes from my neighbors as they will notice unfamiliar people. LOL.
