Trump is a corrupt idiot and the most incompetent president the US has ever had, but he is not responsible for this tragedy. The US military does not operate like the disgusting Russians with double taps to terrorize the civilian population and first responders, and certainly not in this war, where the idiot Trump even believed the Iranians would succeed in overthrowing the regime and he would go down in history as the liberator of the Iranian people.
You have to look at the satellite images. This building is in the immediate vicinity of the military base and used to be part of it. Someone in the US military messed up and didn't realize it's now a school. To suggest a deliberate attack on a school with children is absurd. It is a failure of military intelligence that has led to a tremendous, terrible human tragedy.

Triple tap U.S Tomahawk cruise missiles were fired on a busy school day. Many children were still alive after the first strike. As some tried to flee, they were targeted again - this time with teachers and parents too.
This can only be described as evil crimes against children and humanity.
