California Highway Patrol chases dirt bike rider through South LA and Compton who appears to live stream the pursuit.

Yesterday, a man known as Jay Heartless was being pulled over by California Highway Patrol for speeding on a dirt bike when he fled, leading officers on a high-speed pursuit through South Los Angeles and Compton. Heartless allegedly live-streamed the pursuit while ignoring traffic laws, running red lights and stop signs.

After stopping, Heartless laid on the ground and was taken into custody as bystanders watched.

Smart phone addict. It would be much easier to escape if he would simply put his phone away, but the stupid motherfucker just can't do it.
