Exactly. Since they can no longer pay with oil and China can not sell on credit especially when there is a chance the recipient might collapse

Didn't Trump say a Chinese ship was intercepted with cargo that was "not very nice".
When asked about it weeks later he said he understood them doing it because we do it too :ermm:
