The LAST thing Dems want to do is to restrict the War Powers, they just want a close call to appease their base and are praying for a long, drawn out. war where they can stuff pork into every spending package to support the military under fire while at the same time complaining about the expanded price of the war like they got to all through Iraq :devil:
