David Huff, 43, is accused of murdering his girlfriend, Yeraldith Tschudy, 32, and his son, Jeremiah Huff, 11, with a shotgun inside Huff’s stepfather’s home in Syracuse, New York.

While Judge Ted Limpert read Huff his charges, he was seen smirking and laughing.

Limpert asks, “You find this funny?” to which Huff replies, “No, no, it's a joke stuck in my head.”

Huff pled guilty to second-degree murder, and when asked about the murders, he said, “I’m guilty of all that… Whatever you guys say, I’m guilty of.”
