Female officer seen punching a woman in the face during a retail shop arrest in El Paso

Video shows officers restraining Regina Viramontes inside a store, bringing her to the ground as she struggles

She is later escorted outside while still being held by officers

At one point, a female officer is seen punching her in the face, saying, “No ma’am, no ma’am. You do not do that.”

Viramontes faces charges including possession of marijuana, harassment of a public servant, resisting arrest, evading detention, and outstanding warrants.
