Is $900M reduction in Medicaid not a cut?

That would only be a cut in Washington D.C. — a 47% increase in spending.. how is that a cut?

Kelly:
I just wanted a yes or no… Thas all — did you find $900B worth of fraud in Medicaid to justify these cuts?

Kennedy:
There been no cuts! There were 3.7 MILLION people who were getting Medicaid in TWO states, or getting Medicaid and Obamacare, and there were 1M illegal immigrants on Medicaid. So that’s Fraud.
