A lot of things have brought us the where we are.

(1) Testosterone levels have been dropping at 1% a year for the last 50 years in the West (it is primarily the plastic everywhere to blame although the pill in the water supply can't help). A more feminized population is easier to control.

(2) DEI - this has greatly benefited white women and Oriental women - white men who are very good at doing things (usually better due to working harder and longer while women prefer a work/life balance) have been excluded as competitors. Feminism is largely behind DEI.

(3) Big investment firms (they invest other people's money) like Blackrock and Vanguard have pushed DEI and LGBT aggressively in companies they have invested in. Blackrock controls perhaps 10% of public company shares globally. Vanguard 7%? That may not seem high but even 2% terrifies the directors as usually the ownership is so dispersed. (6) People are not having enough children. The essential problem isn't that couples are not having the same number of children as in the past (couples for instance in the UK are having on average as many children as in 1970). The problem is, people are not coupling up. People are not forming relationships for whatever reason. Of course people are having children later in life as well. So when the fertility rate has dropped from 2.1 to 1.5, it is even worse as people had children at 20 when it was 2.1 but at 30+ now it is 1.5. The real fertility rate is now effectively 1?

(7) In the last 10 years, young females have become much more 'liberal' and young men have become much more socially conservative. Young people simply no longer see eye to eye politically. Also young women want young men to be the traditional provider and protector but are often unwilling to perform their own traditional role. Young men struggle to get a job because of DEI. Women tend to marry up.

(7) Mass immigration - it is seen by the elite as needed to replace the children people are not having. Primarily to pay for old peoples retirement. The problem is, most of these immigrants are unskilled and actually take more out of the state than they will ever put back in.
