Authorities say Lathapoun Keovongsa allegedly stabbed a parking attendant twice in the head in a parking lot.

Police located the suspect armed with a 6-foot wooden cane and used non-lethal rounds along with a K9 unit to subdue him. The victim was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
