Devon is one of the most beautiful, unspoilt idyllic areas of the United Kingdom. I holiday there with my family most years. These men have every right to be red hot angry. They come, they abuse, and suck the society dry of anything and everything they can get their grubby hands on. And your government encourages them. Everybodys governments.

@OwMyBawls tipping rubbish (trash) out onto the street from a vehicle on the fly. In the uk we call it fly-tipping.
