Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office says what started as a fight between kids escalated into a confrontation involving adults, including Khiry Davon William Cole, 34.

Cole ran after the victim and fired 2 shots at him as he ran away. He later turned himself in to Orient Road Jail in Tampa, Florida.

No one was harmed in the incident.
