Not all demon possession makes people yell, scream and foam at the mouth.
The sole purpose of a demon when they can get into someone, is to make sure that that person takes their eyes totally off God and put their focus into something, or someone, else.
Doing it in a subtle way is why a lot of possessed people do not even know they are possessed.
