Phthalates (fragrances), BPA’s ( microplastics), atrazine, diazinon, glyphosates ( all 3 pesticides), PFAS ( water proof fabrics), PBDE ( fire retardant), seed oils. All of these endocrine disruptors not only lower testosterone, but most are “forever chemicals”, which means the human body does not have a way to eradicate them. None of this is speculation. All well known, well accepted and validated medical science, proven in multiple studies which demonstrate a steady fall in testosterone since mid eighties.

A little story for you all.....
41 years ago now, being 15 years old and not in the SLIGHTEST bit interested in the news, (apart from the Falklands war reports) I was sitting eating dinner, dad was watching news on t.v.
A report came on about fish being examined in our rivers in the uk, with TONS of male fish, either in the process, or completely transformed into females. Early investigations by scientists found there were copious amounts of Estrogen in the rivers (apparently from the female contraceptive pill..........), and in the fish. This was, they said, the cause of the male fish TRANSforming into females. Funnily enough, that was the day I stopped drinking tap water, completely. OK we do the washing up and bathe in it now, but filling the kettle? Or any cooking is done with tap water. Thank god.
