This woman is having a huge dispute with her neighbor, so bad that she had to have her trespassed. The neighbor is under the idea that she owns part of this woman’s property and even hired a survey service to survey the property lines.

But when the surveyor came out, the neighbors personal assistant came with her too as a means to spy and attempt to influence the outcome of this survey.

The woman was upset with the surveyor saying the assistant can’t be there and something tells me the assistant knew she wasn’t supposed to be there because she was refusing to give her name.

I have a neighbor with Alzheimer's that has this done every few years. He doesn't realize the marker still there is from the last time he called them out.
I don't know what the issue is, he has never addressed it with me but I won't be surprised to see someone out there surveying again soon :silly:

@ScreaminMime I hope you live on the ocean like the sweet property and house in this video? If I lived there I would have a pet alligator [named Chompie]

The male can leave immediately. But for the lady, a penalty, you must pull down your top and jiggle in my face for 15 minutes.

If she wasn't such a total bitch, she would appreciate that she is getting a free survey done on that side of her property.

@Cripple did she trespass the surveyor?

0 +1 Hackintosh 2 months ago

@Cripple so you want people unannounced in your backyard? Dafuq is wrong with you. Got dam. Oh yeah I forgot you agree with invading private property and stealing and murdering people because muh Israel.

@Hackintosh
Surveyors are protected against "No Trespassing" signs as they are licensed by the state. Same law that protects gas and electric meter readers.
The neighbor though, yeah, she was trespassing.

Still. The lady in the video is stupid for not realizing she is getting a free property boundary line confirmed.

I just wonder if where she claims the line is, is actually where it is.
Those types of neighbors always seem to extend the property line feet, or even yards onto your property.

I have had it happen, twice. One time it was 3 feet along a 200 foot section from the road. (Our property line went back 1372 feet) in which the fence that surrounded his yard he claimed was theirs was actually 3 feet on our property. I just shrugged and said," Who gives a shit". Never had a problem with that neighbor again about anything. We both just acted as that was his property. He mowed it and kept it weedwhacked. Less work for me.

If you have no trespassing signs in place, you can actually arrest the trespassers yourself. Then have a deputy or constable transport them to the ADC.

Neighbor problems are very common in Western culture. In other cultures, where jealousy and possessiveness are absent or minimal, neighbor problems are non-existent.

@oroboros Please tell me this is ironic, right?

6 +1 oroboros 2 months ago

@ChesterCopperpot
Of course. Each irony involves a subject expressed indirectly. It can please, or displease. It all depends on perception.

@oroboros that is a load of malarkey.
