DEI, or illegals with Driver license in that truck, or.... wait, Canadian drivers! Don't have a fucking clue to look both ways.
I mean, just how dumb do you have to be to drive onto a runway without looking and not seeing a 93 ft wide and 150,000 lb aircraft???!!!

It is the control tower, which is responsible for directing traffic on the tracks. It is the controllers who are to blame. It's obvious that you don't understand anything, but you get involved in everything.

@Cripple DEI is the culprit. It was either the ground controller or the driver. Probably the controller, but it is hard to miss landing lights in your eyes.
We had a near miss just like this at our major city airport last month. In matters of mass public safety, competence, experience and intelligence need to be the criteria.
