Newsom said he was just like the audience, got a 960 on the SAT.
960 is a below average grade equal to a C in letter grade.

Bottom 40% of the population got a 960 or lower.

He basically stated that black people are below average in intelligence.

I guess he proved it because they all laughed and clapped for him.
