This shootout was caught on camera in broad daylight — while children were outside playing at a nearby playground.
Bullets flying through a neighborhood where kids were just trying to enjoy their day. Parents and families were only feet away from what could have turned into a devastating tragedy.
By what many are calling a miracle… no one was hit.
