Body-camera footage released in deadly 'police use of force' incident in Woodlawn

The Attorney General's Independent Investigations Division (IID) released the body-worn camera footage from a police-involved use of force incident in Woodlawn that left a man dead.

Samuel Brown, 56, of Owings Mills, died in the incident. The officer was identified as Derek Hadel, a nine-year veteran assigned to Baltimore County Police's Operations Bureau.

Fists aren't usually form of deadly force. The suspect attacked twice before the officer defended himself. I dont think this was an intentional use of deadly force.
