God doesn't call women to be pastors. Any time you see a woman who is a "Senior Pastor" of a church, you'd better steer clear. They will have spiritual issues that you don't want to be a part of even if they don't show up immediately. Some churches, including the one my wife and I attend, have mistakenly started calling any woman that has a role in the church, a "pastor." They aren't pastors, they are simply in the "helps" ministry. A local church should only have one head pastor or lead pastor. In the New Testament Paul gave a pretty big laundry list of qualifications that pastors much meet.
