When a group is declared a terrorist organization it is an immediate declaration of "war" and grants military actions as there has been an official war on terror for decades. Get with the program. Do I need to list out all of the countries which have declared the irgc a terrorist organization over the last decade for you?

@Internetfullofretards Actually, declaring a group a terrorist organization does not mean a "legal" declaration of war, but it does allow the president to take strong action against them including military strikes. Only the Congress can make the declaration of war in the US. The president has 60 days under the "War Powers Resolution Act" to deploy US military into hostilities without prior approval from Congress. The dumbass Democrats keep pushing "illegal war" propaganda for the ignorant sheep and they actually believe it like the mindless dumbasses. LOL.
