Man Who Beat Pregnant Girlfriend for Refusing Abortion Sentenced to 4–6 Years Raymond Bautista, 37, was sentenced to four to six years in prison for a brutal domestic assault on the mother of his unborn child. The attack occurred in April last year outside an apartment complex as his 15-week-pregnant girlfriend headed to work. Wearing a black ski mask and gloves, Bautista kicked her in the back, repeatedly punched her in the face, and kicked her in the stomach. He later confessed he carried out the attack because she was “talking shit” about him at their shared workplace. She has since delivered a healthy baby.
