Wild video out of Sacramento shows a man hanging onto the side of a car as it drove through the city.

The footage was captured Tuesday by a passing driver who was shocked to see the man being dragged as he clung to a white sedan. The same man then jumped onto the back of another moving car.

Police say the man was eventually arrested and had multiple outstanding warrants.
