Grieving father attacks son’s accused killer inside Mecklenburg courthouse

Queen City News has obtained new video of an attack inside the Mecklenburg County Courthouse that happened on Thursday.

A man accused of murder was repeatedly punched and kicked by the father of the victim.

Jamariyae Dixon was 16 years old last spring when Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said Marion McKnight shot and killed him. McKnight is charged with first-degree murder, as well as the attempted murder of two others who were shot.

A-HEM, your honor, attorney Mime once again, my client has already been punished for said crime by the victim's father therefore under double-jeopardy clause all charges should be dropped and he should walk free 8-)
