As a married woman, you will still be able to vote even if your name changed. The SAVE Act means that you will have to bring a form of documentation in addition to your driver's license, whether it's a passport or a birth certificate. I understand not everyone has a passport. Everyone has a birth certificate. You change your name when you get married, it won't match the name on your birth certificate, but do you know what you get when you do get married? Actually, naturalized citizens don't have US birth certificates. But of course, they have US naturalization certificates. I'm all for SAVE America Act and if you're too dumb or lazy to obtain the documents needed to vote then you shouldn't vote.
