It's not a "private residence" once listed as a frat house. So once the fire alarm was activated, yes, they have all rights to enter.

As a registered Greek Fraternity, there are laws against hazing. Too many students have died because of hazing rituals. So even though some laws were written State and City ordinance, it was in Dec, 2024 that a Federal anti-Hazing Law was signed into effect.
